Concept Ensemble

Concept is a Brisbane based contemporary-experimental chamber ensemble, committed to the performance and exploration of new music within Australia and across the globe. The ensemble is focused on celebrating the innovative compositions and developments of emerging creatives. The Concept sextet features some of Brisbane’s most dynamic, curious and passionate young performers, its core members composing and performing on clarinet(s)/saxophone(s), piano, cello, bass, guitar and percussion. Members of the ensemble are a mix of current undergraduates and recent graduates of the Queensland Conservatorium of Music Griffith University.
